CaringOnDemand is redefining at-home care by putting control in the hands of those who need care and those who provide the care.
1. Create an account
Get started by downloading the CaringOnDemand app and creating an account for you or your loved one needing care.
2. Connect with one of our Aging Experts to discuss your needs and get all your questions answered.
We’re a technology-driven solution, powered by real people committed to sharing their expertise in support of your care.
3. Once your account is created, Client or Family can request care through the app with the touch of a button.

4. Caregiver receives request through the CaringOnDemand app.
We work directly with traditional Provider-Agencies to assign a qualified Caregiver to your task(s). The Caregiver is notified of and accepts care appointment in the app.
5. Client and Family receive confirmation of care through their app.
Appointment details, provider information and care requests are conveniently visible to all in the app.
6. Caregiver arrives to appointment and provides care.
Once clocked in, the Family receives alert to confirm care has started. The Caregiver will have access to the care plan as well as any specific visit notes for that day. Before leaving the Caregiver will confirm care provided and share notable updates on Client’s condition.
7. Once scheduled care is complete, Caregiver clocks out notifying Client and Family that care was completed.
The preferred payment method will be automatically charged. All logged information is strictly protected to meet the highest privacy standards.
